Palm Beach Solar is an independent solar advisor for South Florida homeowners, businesses, and property managers.
Palm Beach Solar LLC is a residential and commercial solar advisory company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, serving homeowners and property owners throughout Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties. We do not install solar panels. We review the property, define the scope, and coordinate licensed and insured installation partners who perform the work.
What we do
Eight scopes, each with its own page and its own constraints. Most inquiries we get are one of the first four.
Residential solar
Homeowner systems from 5 kW up, coordinated through vetted installers. We compare equipment, production expectations, and financing side by side instead of presenting one company's package.
Learn moreCommercial solar
Businesses, warehouses, multifamily properties, and multi-tenant buildings, including operating-schedule coordination so work does not interrupt the facility.
Learn moreSolar panel removal and reinstallation
Panels removed, stored, and reinstalled around roof replacement, repairs, inspections, storm damage, or property projects. This is the job most solar companies will not take and most roofers cannot do.
Learn moreSolar repairs and existing-system review
Underproduction, inverter faults, monitoring outages, wiring, storm damage, roof access, and systems left behind by a closed installer. Diagnosis first, equipment replacement only if the diagnosis supports it.
Learn moreRoofing and solar together
One contractor holding both scopes, or two trades sequenced correctly. Either way the flashing, the attachment, and the permit have to agree before the first panel comes off.
Learn moreBattery storage
Backup and self-consumption planning for South Florida outages, including what a battery will and will not run during a hurricane-week grid outage.
Learn moreNeighborhood and HOA programs
Group programs for HOAs and neighborhoods, where board approval, roof-type consistency, and shared timelines decide whether a project is viable.
Learn moreSolar financing
Prepaid lease, $0 down loans, PACE, lease, and PPA options explained with the actual monthly numbers and the actual end-of-term terms.
Learn moreWhat actually makes us different
- We do not install. That means we are not steering you toward one crew's inventory or one lender's margin.
- Removal and reinstallation is a core service, not an afterthought. Roof replacements, storm damage, and abandoned systems are routine work here.
- Scope is confirmed by property address, because permitting authority, utility territory, and roof type change block by block in South Florida.
- Licensed and insured partner contractors do the installation, and you get the license information for the crew assigned to your job.
- Diagnosis before replacement on repairs. An offline monitoring app is not a reason to buy new equipment.
- No hidden fees, and no obligation after the proposal.
Who we work with
Homeowners
Replacing a roof over panels, repairing a system, adding storage, or buying solar for the first time.
Commercial property owners and managers
Warehouses, retail, offices, and multifamily buildings where scheduling and roof warranty matter.
HOAs and neighborhood programs
Board-approved group projects with consistent equipment and a shared timeline.
Roofers
A roof job with panels on it is a solar job too. We handle the solar side so the roof schedule holds. You keep the customer.
Realtors and property managers
Sales and turnovers where an existing system has to be documented, repaired, or reinstated before closing.
Who does what on your project
Solar sales in Florida has a credibility problem because the company that signs the contract is often not the company that shows up on the roof. Here is the split, stated plainly:
Palm Beach Solar does
- Property and existing-system review
- Scope definition and written proposal
- Partner selection and scheduling coordination
- Equipment and financing comparison
- Roof trade and solar trade sequencing
- Post-job production and monitoring follow-up
Licensed partners do
- Installation, removal, and reinstallation
- Permitting and inspections
- Electrical work and interconnection
- Roof penetrations and flashing
- Workmanship warranty on their labor
- Manufacturer warranty registration
We do not install, permit, or warrant the installation ourselves. Ask for the license number and insurance certificate of the contractor assigned to your job, and verify it with the state before work begins.
What happens when you work with us
- 1
You call or send the property address
One number, (786) 570-7135, or the form on this site. Address first, because scope starts there.
- 2
We review the property and the existing system
Roof type, utility, permitting authority, equipment, monitoring history, ownership and warranty documents where a system already exists.
- 3
We match the job to a licensed partner and get a written scope
You see what is being done, by whom, and what it costs before anything is scheduled. If the job is outside what we can coordinate, we tell you.
- 4
The licensed partner performs the work
Installation, removal, reinstallation, or repair, permitted and inspected as required by the local authority having jurisdiction.
- 5
We stay on it afterward
Production check, monitoring confirmation, and follow-up. If something is wrong after the job, you have a number to call that is not a new sales pipeline.

Questions about the company
Does Palm Beach Solar install the solar panels?
No. Palm Beach Solar is an independent solar advisory and broker. We review your property, define the scope, and coordinate licensed and insured installation partners who perform the work. We do not install, permit, or warrant the installation ourselves, and we tell you which partner is assigned to your project before any work starts.
What areas do you serve?
Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties. Northern coverage reaches Sebastian and coastal properties south of Sebastian Inlet. Partner availability and project scope are confirmed by property address, because utility territory, permitting authority, and roof type all change by location.
How long have you been in business?
Our founder brings more than a decade of cumulative Florida solar experience, and the business has coordinated more than 300 installations across residential, commercial, and neighborhood projects. That background is the basis of the 13 Years Industry Experience figure published elsewhere on this site, and it describes the owner's experience rather than the age of the company.
Are you licensed and insured?
Installation work is performed by licensed and insured partner contractors, not by Palm Beach Solar. For any project, ask for the license number and insurance certificate of the contractor assigned to your job and confirm it with the state before work begins. We expect that question and will supply the information.
Do you handle solar panel removal and reinstallation for a roof replacement?
Yes, case by case. Removal and reinstallation around roof replacement, repairs, inspections, storm damage, and property projects is one of the jobs we handle most often, including systems installed by companies that are no longer in business. The roof trade and the solar trade have to be sequenced together, which is where most of these projects go wrong.
Is there a cost for the review or the proposal?
The initial property and system review and the written proposal are free. There are no hidden fees, and you are not obligated to move forward. If a project is outside what we can coordinate, we say so instead of passing it to a partner who cannot do it well.
Who owns the customer relationship if I was referred by my roofer or realtor?
Your contractor or agent keeps the relationship that brought you here. When a roofer, realtor, or property manager refers a job, we back up their project and coordinate the solar side. You stay their customer.
What happens if my original installer went out of business?
We review the existing system, the equipment, the ownership and warranty documents, and what actually needs to happen next. Some systems can be serviced or reinstated by a partner; some cannot, and we will tell you which situation you are in before you spend money.
Talk to a person, not a form queue
Call with the property address and what you are trying to get done. If it is a roof replacement with panels on it, a system that stopped producing, or a first-time solar quote, we can tell you what the job actually involves.
