Solar advice and service coordination across the Treasure Coast

Palm Beach Solar helps property owners across Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties compare new solar options and find qualified partners for existing-system work. Our northern coverage reaches Sebastian and coastal properties south of Sebastian Inlet. Start with the property address and the service you need, then receive an appropriate partner review.

  • Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties covered from Stuart to Sebastian
  • FPL and FPUA accounts modeled with the utility that actually serves the property
  • New solar, repairs, batteries and reroof panel removal under one advisor

Find the right starting point for your property

Choose a county hub for the permit and utility overview, or a community page for the questions that affect your specific location. A mailing city and a permitting jurisdiction can differ. Keep the full street address available so the partner can establish the approval path.

Your electric utility changes the savings calculation

Check the electric provider shown on your bill. FPL (opens in a new tab) and FPUA (opens in a new tab) publish different customer-generation programs. FPUA describes separate retail charges for imported electricity and wholesale credits for excess generation. A Fort Pierce proposal therefore needs the actual account's rules.

Ask for a production model and a bill model separately. The production model estimates energy from the equipment. The bill model applies your rate, consumption pattern, exports and remaining charges. Compare the resulting utility cost plus any solar payment and operating expenses.

Select the service that matches the problem

For a new system, prepare 12 months of electricity use and your roof history. New residential installation reviews start at 5 kW. Existing-system service requests follow their own equipment and scope review.

Prepare for an address-specific review

Share the property address, service type, electric utility, roof material and approximate age. Existing-system owners can include equipment model numbers, monitoring screenshots and the original installer or financing documents. If a roof crew is already scheduled, include that date so the two scopes can be coordinated.

Palm Beach Solar organizes the initial comparison. The partner establishes engineering, permitting, inspection, utility approval and warranty responsibilities in its contract. Ask who will manage each handoff and what records you receive at completion.

FAQ

Questions from Treasure Coast property owners

Does Palm Beach Solar serve Sebastian and Vero Beach?

Yes. Our expanded advisory and service-review area includes Vero Beach, Sebastian and the corridor south of Sebastian Inlet. The available partner and final scope are confirmed using your address.

Which counties are included in the Treasure Coast expansion?

Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties. Palm Beach and Broward county coverage continues through the existing service pages.

Can you help with panels installed by another company?

Send the address, equipment information and the issue or roof plan. A service partner reviews compatibility, ownership, warranties and access before accepting an existing-system project.

Is Palm Beach Solar the installation contractor?

Palm Beach Solar is an independent solar advisor and broker. Your selected licensed partner performs and contracts for installation or service work.

Does a Fort Pierce address automatically use FPL?

Check the electric bill. Fort Pierce-area accounts can involve FPUA or FPL, and the provider's current agreement must be used when modeling a solar project.
