Facilitating the proposal and quote process between customers and installation partners.

Palm Beach Solar LLC does not perform solar installations, pull permits, employ installation crews, or act as a general contractor. All installation work is performed by independent, licensed installation partners. Any contract for installation services is between you and the installation partner directly.

Palm Beach Solar LLC makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the performance, quality, timeliness, or pricing of any installation performed by a third-party partner.

Any savings estimates, production projections, payback period calculations, or financial illustrations provided by Palm Beach Solar LLC or its installation partners are estimates only, based on assumptions including but not limited to your current energy usage, utility rate structure, roof characteristics, shading, and equipment selection.

Actual savings, system output, and payback periods will vary. Palm Beach Solar LLC makes no guarantee of any specific savings amount, return on investment, or system performance. You should independently verify all financial projections before entering into any installation contract.

Solar incentive programs, including FPL net metering terms, PACE financing availability, and any applicable tax credits or exemptions, are subject to change by the relevant authorities. Confirm current incentive availability with your advisor and the relevant agencies before signing a contract.

If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
